The 16th TIBO Award Ceremony took place. The award of the Organizing Committee of the exhibition is given for achievements in the areas of health, culture, education and other spheres. It is symbolic that the awarding ceremony was held on World Telecommunication and Information Society Day.
The annual TIBO award includes 10 main nominations. In the nominations “Public authorities” and “Information resource”, the award was given by the Minister of Information of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Karlyukevich, who congratulated not only the winners, but also all the participants of the competition, noting the importance of creating a digital future.

Also at the ceremony the finalists of the ICT Start-up contest were awarded. PR-education was acknowledged as the best one.
Tibo Junior Start-up
For the first time within the framework of the XXV International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies “TIBO-2018” the Public Association “Belarusian Republican Youth Union” participated in it. Tibo Junior Start-up, the innovative contest of youth start-ups, was inspired by the Youth Union and was held as a part of the forum. The finalists and winners of the republican youth contest “100 ideas for Belarus” took part in the contest with their projects.
Scrawlless, an educational platform for young people with developmental disorders became the winner of the Tibo Junior Start-up. The winners of the contest were awarded by Elina Braga, the second secretary of the Central Committee of the NGO “Belarusian Republican Youth Union”.
